Conference Features

The CIH Conference offered a wide range of added value extras. Details of 2011s features can be found below:

Open to all conference delegates and speakers the Meeting Place was a relaxed, comfortable lounge offering free internet facilities and refreshments. A place to network, relax, read the newspaper, grab a coffee, catch up on emails or hold a business meeting.

 

A series of practically based, information rich seminars complementing the main conference programme. Finance and best practice were two of the main streams which included advice and case study examples.

This year it was all about the implementation of policy.  Bringing practitioners and officials from government departments, agencies and representative bodies together, this zone provided a forum to explore how to make policies work in practice.

Each day featured case-study sessions highlighting some of the key lessons from a range of successful projects being run across the country.
